Are there any setup fees for Debtics?

No. There’s no setup fee for setting up Debtics

Can I change my plan later?

Sure! You can change your subscription plan anytime.

What happens if I exceed my user limit?

The Debtics System is designed in such a way that it is not going to allow to do this , However if you need more users , you can upgrade any time without interrupting your operations.

Do you offer help to use this ?

Yes, we provide a Onboarding services to help you get up and running including installation, setup and training. You need to opt Onboarding services for a dedicated and hassle free experience.

What is Standard Support?

Standard support is available to all Debtics subscribers and provides e-mail support 24 hours a day.

Will I get invoice for my subscription ?

Yes, you will receive a detailed invoice for the subscription opted. Invoice will be sent by default to the e-mail ID that was used while signing up for Debtics. You can also download the invoice from your individual user account.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept all Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, EMI, Net-banking and UPI.
